Colonel Dinesh Mudri was a serving officer in the Indian Army. He began his life in uniform, when, at the tender age of ten , he decided to join the Sainik School at Bijapur . After doing his initial schooling, he got selected to join the prestigious National Defence Academy, Kharakwasla . Since passing out from the hallowed precincts of Indian Military Academy, Dehradun, in the year 1987, he had served the uniformed forces with great elan and dedication. Over the next 29 years, he had, as part of his soldiering profession, seen operations in India and abroad. He was part of the IPKF (Indian Peace Keeping Force) in Sri Lanka in his early days and was also a member of Indian Military Training Team in Bhutan . In addition, he has spent six long years of his service in J& K and seen counter insurgency operations from very close quarters! In the Army, he had held a number of prestigious appointments, including command assignments. To his credit, he has post graduate degree in Defence and Strategic Studies from Madras University and another one in Personnel Management from Pune University. Healso holds a postgraduate diploma in logistics and Supply Chain Management. He has earned his spurs in a number of professional and academic courses in his working career. Logistics, procurement and Supply Chain Management are his core competencies. He evinces keen interest in Training & Development, Public relations and administration. Since leaving the Army, in 2016, he has been working with JLL, a MNC. He is a soldier with varied interests and indulgences. He is an outstanding sportsman and has passion for music, reading & Writing, travelling and trekking, public speaking.
Colonel Manoj Mehrotra is a retired officer from Army Air Defence , qualified on Quality Management, Personnel Management besides the army experience of 33 years. I have 4 years experience in an Army project worth 2700 crores and am presently PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT TO GOVT OF MADHYA PRADESH for Smart Cities. Besides this, I conduct guest lectures for Engg and MBA students and for ACADEMY OF ADMINISTRATION AT BHOPAL.
Capt Manav Handa is a certified Behavioral Event Interviewer (competency-based developmental interview technique) from the Defence Institute of Psychological Research (a unit of DRDO), Delhi. He is an experienced personality assessor and profiler. He was the Deputy President and Senior Interviewing Officer in No. 12 Services Selection Board, Bengaluru. In 2 years+, he has assessed over a 1000 candidates for selection as commissioned officers in the Armed Forces through the National Defence Academy and other officer training academies. Manav took voluntary separation from the Indian Navy after an illustrious career of 31 years. He has vast experience at senior managerial and directional levels in operations and maintenance, training and development and leadership functions. He has commanded two warships of the Navy. He has been involved in training and development of leader-managers for over a decade in various capacities. He was a faculty member in the National Defence Academy, Pune. He was the Directing Staff (Organisational Behavior) in Centre for Leadership and Behavioural Studies, Kochi. He was Directing Staff and faculty member (Tactics and Warfare) in Maritime Warfare Centre, Kochi. He was the Head of Training in the Training Squadron of the Indian Navy responsible for training the future young leaders. Manav is an alumnus of 2 premier institutes of the country. He is an MSc (Strategic Studies) from the Defence Services Staff College (Madras University), Wellington and BSc (Nautical Sciences) from the Indian Naval Academy (Goa University), Goa. He has a host of post graduate level certifications in behavioral and functional areas including leadership, telecommunication, navigation, firefighting and damage control, and anti-submarine warfare.
Colonel Shailesh Kumar Rai is a certified Soft skills trainer and he has got certification from Scottish Qualifications Authority(SQA).He has 21 years of multifaceted experience in INDIAN ARMY.He worked as a Instructor at Class 'A' Military Training Institution for 5 years and 4 years as HR & Training Head in a manufacturing enterprise (MNC).
